Retail and wholesale customers create an account to access order history, track deliveries, and manage details. Wholesale customers must log in to access wholesale pricing and order features.
3. Pricing and Orders
All prices on www.adorne.com.au are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and GST inclusive, for both retail and wholesale customers.
Orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:
- Modify pricing at any time
- Cancel orders suspected of fraud or misuse
- Limit quantities at our discretion
4. Wholesale Terms
Approved wholesale customers gain access to exclusive pricing and benefits through their adorne wholesale account. All wholesale orders must be placed via our website after logging in at www.adorne.com.au.
By purchasing through a wholesale account, you agree to the following terms:
- Products are for resale purposes only and not for personal use.
- Products must not be rebranded or relabelled without prior written consent from Adorne.
- Wholesale customers are expected to fulfil all agreed terms and make timely payment.
- For customers with approved accounts, payment must be made within 30 days from the invoice date.
- Freight is calculated based on the size and type of your order and will be charged on the invoice using our preferred carriers unless otherwise instructed.

All claims must be reported within 7 days of receiving the goods (based on the invoice date).
- Goods remain the property of Adorne Pty Ltd until paid in full.
- All prices are subject to 10% GST and are subject to change without notice.
- Any debt collection fees incurred due to non-payment will be the responsibility of the customer.

There are no minimum re-order values online or in our showroom for existing wholesale customers.

To qualify for a 30-day account, customers must have spent a minimum of $1,000 within the previous 12 months and completed a credit application.
