Return Policy
To be eligible for a return, items must be received by adorne within 30 days of delivery. They must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and have all tags attached.
Please note, earrings and items marked as final sale cannot be returned for a refund, store credit or exchange.
adorne reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above requirements. Items that do not comply with our return policy will be sent back to the sender at their cost.
Exchanges
We’re unable to process exchanges. To select a different size, please return your item for a refund and place a new order. We recommend repurchasing as soon as possible to avoid disappointment should the item sell out.
For items purchased on promotion and in need of a different size, please contact customer care for assistance to place a new order at the same purchase price.
Return Instructions
Lodge your return using the portal above.
Enter the order number and email address used to place the order.
Select the items you wish to return and a return reason for each item.
Choose between an Instant or Standard refund for your return resolution. Once lodged, your label will be available to download and print. No printer? The post office can print the label.
We offer a flat-rate returns option for Australian orders. A pre-paid return label will be provided via our returns portal for $10.50, which will be deducted from your refund once your return has been processed.
If you used Afterpay or another Buy Now, Pay Later service for your purchase, we recommend selecting the Standard Refund option only.
Online Returns In-store
Online purchases can also be returned in-store, following the same return policy.
What items aren’t eligible for return?
Earrings are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. due to hygiene reasons.
Final sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. This includes size exchanges.
Final sale items are marked at a number of points during your purchase, including product page, the cart and checkout.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Returned items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. Returns that don’t meet these conditions or are sent outside the return period may be declined and returned to sender.
Faulty Item
