At adorne, we are happy to offer you a refund for change of mind on full priced styles and most reduced merchandise.

There are two ways you can return your items. Choose from a Standard Return or an Instant Refund by following the prompts below. Both options utilise our seamless Refundid returns portal.

RETURNS POLICY

We want you to love your new items, but we understand that your purchase may not be exactly what you want. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will happily offer you a refund for full-priced styles and most discounted items if you change your mind, providing the item is returned within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items marked as final sale, earrings, or hair accessories cannot be returned. 

 

How can I return my items? 

There are two ways you can return your items. Both options utilise our seamless returns portal, Refundid. Choose from a Standard Return or an Instant Refund by following the prompts above.

Returns Portal  

adorne utilise the Refundid platform to facilitate returns for Australian orders.  When entering your information, please be aware that you are providing this information to a third party.  Refundid provides standard returns, return to gift card and instant refund services.  For more information, please refer to the Refundid website.  


Exchanges
 

We offer exchanges via our Instant Refund option with Refundid. Simply return the product for an immediate refund with Refundid and then place another order for the correct style or size. This exchange option does not include final sale, earrings or hair accessories, as these items cannot be returned or refunded. 


Final Sale

We do not accept returns or exchanges on products that are marked as final sale. Clothing items under $50 are considered final sale.

Items Purchased with Discount Code 

Full priced items purchased using a discount code are eligible for a full refund of the discounted purchase price. 

  

Faulty Items 

If your item seems to be faulty, we invite you to complete our Contact Us form here or contact our friendly Customer Service Team on +61 7 3846 6366. We request that you provide our team with imagery of your faulty products for a swift resolution. 

  

Returns Condition of Items 

The item must be returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed and unused, with original tags attached. If the returned item does not meet these conditions, your item will be returned to you at an additional charge.  

  

Returns Costs 

Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges to return any unwanted items. For Australian customers, a shipping label will be generated for you when you process your return through Refundid. The return shipping label is charged with a flat rate of $9 AUD. This charge will be deducted from your refund. 

For International Customers, we kindly ask that you process your own return label and shipping for any returns. 

All returns remain your responsibility until received by adorne. We recommend returning your items via our return's portal, Refundid. This allows us to track and manage and process your return, quick and seamlessly.  

 

Return Processing time 

For Instant Refunds with Refundid, your refund will be processed within 30 seconds. We will then process your return as normal once received. 

For standard returns, please allow up to 10 working days for our warehouse to receive your returns and to process the refund back to your original payment method. Once we have processed your return/refund, we will notify you via email. 

For our international customers, please allow extra time for returns to arrive in our warehouse. 

 

Items That Cannot Be Returned 

We do not accept returns on products that are marked as final sale, earrings, or hair accessories. 

  

How to return your parcel 

You will receive a label through the returns portal. This will be emailed to you. You may scan your digital return label at your local post office, and they will print and attach the label to your return parcel.  

  

Online Returns Instore 

Eligible online orders can be returned at our adorne store at West End, Queensland for a full refund or exchange. 

STANDARD REFUND

1. For a Standard Return, enter your order number and email address in the below portal below.

3. A shipping label will be generated for you when you process your return, the flat rate of $9 will be deducted from your total refund.

Refundid - Instant refunds

INSTANT REFUND

1. For an Instant Refund, enter your order number and email address in the below portal.

2. Select the items you wish to return and why you wish to return these items.

3. A shipping label will be generated for you when you process your return, the flat rate of $9 will be deducted from your total refund.

4. For an Instant Refund only, you are required to create an account with Refundid. You will need to nominate a bank account for the instant refund to be deposited in to and provide some ID to verify your identity.

5. The return will be lodged. We will then provide you with instructions on how to post your return back to us.

Need to exchange sizes? – with an Instant Refund, your funds are returned to your bank account instantly. You can repurchase the style you desire - no waiting for us to process your return.
