We strive to get your orders out as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 10:00am are dispatched the same business day, orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following business day.

During peak trading times, dispatch may take a little longer due to the higher volume of orders. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.

Standard Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $200 within Australia. For orders under $200, standard shipping is $7.95.

Express Shipping
Need your order in a hurry? Opt for express shipping for just $11.95

International Shipping
We’re excited to offer international shipping to our NZ customers for a flat rate of $15. For our customers in UK, international shipping is a flat rate of $30.  Customers are responsible for duties and taxes in their local country.

Click & Collect
Live locally? Click and collect is available at our West End store.

If you encounter any issues with your delivery, such as delays or missing packages, please refer to the tracking information provided by Australia Post. If your package still hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery date provided by Australia Post, please contact our customer service team to follow up.

Once your online purchase is complete, you will receive an email confirming your order and delivery details. The email will also include a link that allows you to track the status of your delivery at any time.

We offer free Click & Collect at our Brisbane store. Simply choose 'Pick up' as the delivery option at checkout.

Orders placed before 12pm AEST* can be picked up on the same day. Orders placed after 12pm can be picked up the following business day.

Please note, all Click & Collect orders placed after 12pm on Friday will not be processed or ready for collection until the following business day.
