We’re committed to ensuring your orders are shipped quickly from our warehouse in Brisbane.

Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery process:

 

Order Dispatch Time

We strive to get your orders out as quickly as possible. Our standard processing time is 2 business days from the date of purchase. During peak trading times, dispatch may take a little longer due to the higher volume of orders. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.

 

Christmas Shipping & Delivery

Australia:
Standard Shipping - Tuesday 17th December, 4pm AEST
Express Shipping - Friday 20th December, 12pm AEST
*Perth & Darwin Only - express and standard shipping to Perth & Darwin - Friday 13th December by 12pm AEST.

Click & Collect:
Last day to click and collect prior to Christmas is 24th December (Christmas Eve). All orders placed before 10am AEST will be able to collect same day. View store trading hours here

Shipping Options

1. Standard Shipping

Enjoy FREE standard shipping on all orders over $100 within Australia. For orders under $100, standard shipping is $6.95.

2. Express Shipping

Need your order in a hurry? Opt for express shipping for just $9.95.

3. International Shipping

We’re excited to offer international shipping to our NZ customers for a flat rate of $15. For our customers in UK, USA and Canada, international shipping is a flat rate of $30.  Customers are responsible for duties and taxes in their local country.

4. Click & Collect

Live locally? Click and collect is available at our West End store.

 

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment notification email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment and stay updated on its progress via the Australia Post website.

 

What happens if I’m not home when my order is delivered?

If you are not home when your order is delivered, Australia Post will leave a collection card that you can take into the nominated Post Office to collect your parcel.

 

Delivery Issues

If you encounter any issues with your delivery, such as delays or missing packages, please refer to the tracking information provided by Australia Post. If your package still hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery date provided by Australia Post, please contact our customer service team to follow up.
