Shipping & Delivery

We offer free standard shipping within Australia on all orders over $100.

For orders under $100, standard shipping is $4.95. Express post shipping within Australia is $9.95.

For orders over $150, we will express post for free.

We ship internationally to NZ, USA and UK. Our flat rates to these countries are:

NZ          $15 AUD

USA        $30 AUD

UK          $30 AUD

Please be aware that we are not responsible for any duties or value-added taxes that may be assessed by your local customs office.

Our warehouse is not open on weekends or public holidays. During holiday periods, delivery will depend on Australia Post's Holiday Schedule. Please check the Australia Post website prior to placing your order for impact on deliveries during these periods.

Can I ship to a PO Box?

Absolutely, all our orders are sent using Australia Post meaning delivery can be made to a PO Box or Australia Post parcel lockers. If your order is unable to be shipped to the supplied address for any reason, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.

How do I change my shipping address?

If you have placed an order and the address shown on the screen is incorrect, please email ASAP to give us the correct details.

When will my order arrive?

This varies based upon where you live and the shipping method used. Delivery time averages 3 to 7 business days once your items leave our warehouse.

What if I have not received my order?

Tracking your order

An email with your tracking number will be sent once your order has left our warehouse. To track your order, please visit: and enter your tracking number.

What happens if I’m not home when my order is delivered?

If you are not home when your order is delivered, Australia Post will leave a collection card that you can take into the nominated Post Office to collect your parcel. Your parcel will be held by Australia Post for the time stated on the collection card and after this it will be returned to Adorne as unclaimed. Once unclaimed goods have arrived in the Adorne warehouse, you will be contacted regarding your order. If we can't get in touch with you your order will automatically be cancelled and the total cost of the original invoice, minus shipping, will be refunded.
