Return options:

  • Instant Refund: For eligible full-priced orders, create an account with Refundid and receive your refund instantly. Learn more.
  • Standard Refund: For full-priced items, submit your return, and your refund will be processed once we receive your return at our warehouse.
Returns Policy

To be eligible for a return, items must be received by adorne within 30 days of delivery. They must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and have all tags attached.

Please note, earrings and items marked as final sale cannot be returned for a refund, store credit or exchange.

adorne reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above requirements. Items that do not comply with our return policy will be sent back to the sender at their cost. 

Return Instructions

Lodge your return using the portal above.

Enter the order number and email address used to place the order.

Select the items you wish to return and a return reason for each item.

Choose between an Instant or Standard refund for your return resolution. Once lodged, your label will be available to download and print. No printer? The post office can print the label.

If you used Afterpay or another Buy Now, Pay Later service for your purchase, we recommend selecting the Standard Refund option only. 

Exchanges

Currently we’re only able to offer exchanges in-store at our retail store in West End. If you’re not able to get in store, the best way to change your size is to return your existing item for a refund and place a new order for the next size. You can lodge your return on our returns portal here.

Final Sale

Please note that items marked as final sale cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit.

Items marked $50 are considered as final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We do not accept returns on any earrings for hygiene reasons.

We recommend purchasing items with attention to our size guide and product descriptions. Our customer care team is available to assist with any style/sizing questions.

Online Returns In-store

Online purchases can also be returned in-store, following the same return policy.

International Returns 

For our international customers, you can return your items through the portal above using the standard refund option, however you will be responsible for your own shipping costs and label.  

We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service.

Damaged & Incorrect Items

If you believe you've received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as your order arrives. We're here to help and will guide you through the next steps.

To make the process as smooth as possible, please do not return any items before speaking with our customer service team.

Email us with clear photos of the fault or issue so we can resolve it quickly.

Can I return items that I purchased through Afterpay?

All purchases made using Afterpay can be returned in line with our standard Return Policy.

Once your return is processed by adorne, Afterpay will update your payment schedule to reflect the new order total. If you return only part of your order, you may still need to complete your remaining payments.

If you've already made one or more payments, Afterpay will refund the amount to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email from Afterpay confirming the refund and any changes to your payment plan.
