We hope you love your new items. If not, we have a few options on how you can place a return with us.

How can I return my items?

We've partnered with Refundid to provide you with 2 options to return your items. Choose from a Standard Return or an Instant Refundid and follow the prompts below.

Both options utilise our seamless returns portal. Simply enter your details below to start your return.

  1. Enter your order details in the portal below
  2. Select the items you wish to return and select the reason why
  3. Select the shipping label option you'd prefer (you can opt to purchase one online for $9 AUD or purchase at your local post office)
  4. Enter your Return Shipping Address and then select how you will return your items.
  5. For Return Resolution, click on ‘I don’t want an instant refund’
  6. Click on Standard Refund

The return will be lodged and show instructions for you to complete the standard return.

For a standard return, all you will need is your email address, order number and postal address. This method does not require Credit Card details or License information etc.

  3. Select the label option you'd prefer (you can opt to purchase your online for $9AUD or purchase at your local post office)
  4. Enter your Return Shipping Address and then select how you will return your items.
  5. For Return Resolution, click on Instant Refund
  6. For an instant refund, you are required to create a Refundid account. You will need to provide your Credit Card details or License information for further verification and for Refundid to refund the nominated amount onto your credit card.
  7. Exchange option - once your funds are returned to your bank account, you can repurchase the style you desire - no waiting for us to process your return!

The return will be lodged and show instructions for you to complete the standard return.

RETURN FAQ

What if I change my mind?

Should you change your mind on your purchase, we will happily issue a refund  providing the item is returned within 30 days of purchase and is in original condition - unworn and unwashed - with all labels and tags attached.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on sale items under $30.

Due to hygiene reasons, change of mind returns do not apply to earrings or hair accessories.

 

What if I received an incorrect or faulty item?

If you have received an incorrect or faulty item, please email us at hello@adorne.com.au within 14 days so we can resolve this issue for you. 

 

Can I exchange my item?

Yes, we do offer exchanges via our Refundid option. Simply return the product for an immediate refund with Refundid and then place another order for the correct style or size.

 

Do I pay for shipping?

Yes, customers will be responsible for all shipping charges to return any unwanted items. If you choose to purchase a returns label via Refundid, the shipping charge is a flat rate $9 AUD. Otherwise, you may purchase your shipping label at your local post office.

All returns remain your responsibility until received by adorne. We recommend returning your items via a trackable shipping method.

How long does my refund take to process?

For instant returns via Refundid, your refund will be processed within 30 seconds. We will then process your return as normal once received.

For standard refunds, please allow up to ten working days for our warehouse to receive your returns and to process the refund back to your original payment method. Once we have processed your return/refund, we will notify you via email.

For our international customers, please allow extra time for returns to arrive in our warehouse.
