Refundid is a third party platform that provides shoppers with an easy to use returns portal and provides the option for instant refunds for their returns.

With Refundid your refund appears in your bank account in under 30 seconds.There's no need to wait for your returns parcel to be processed, you will receive your refund immediately.

When you select an instant refund, you will be redirected to create a Refundid account.

You will be prompted to link a bank account (BSB and Account Number) to allow Refundid to deposit the refund directly into that account.
For your security, Refundid will also request a form of ID such as your drivers license, passport or Medicare card to verify your identity and ensure that the refund is going to the correct person.

When lodging your return through our portal, you will be provided with a return label. The cost of this label $9 will be deducted from refund your total refund amount.

You can choose to print the label yourself, or take it to your local post office to print it out for you.

Simply package your items, seal the parcel and attach the returns label on top.

You have 7 days to post your return to adorne. If your return tracking has not updated within 7 days, Refundid will reverse the instant refund they have paid out to you. For more information click here.

Yes, you can exchange items in the same way as requesting refunds.

Once you have completed your return request and received your money, you can then order the correct item as intended. This will ensure you don't miss out on the style you're after as our styles sell out fast!

As per the refund request process, please ensure that you ship your returning item(s) within 7 days of processing your return.

No, the Refundid tool itself is completely free of charge. You just need to create an account in order to receive an immediate refund into your nominated bank account.

There's no subscription fees, no set up costs or transaction fees. The only time you will be charged if your return is not received within 30 days.

Yes, you continue to pay off your AfterPay instalments to avoid
dishonour fees from AfterPay. You can choose to do this with your instant refund amount.

Refundid is not available for any non-refundable items. Sale items below $30, earrings and hair accessories are not accepted for refunds.

Refundid is also not available for any orders made using a gift card.

You can view your refund status by selecting the ‘Completed’ section within your Refundid account.

In the unlikely event that a refund is unsuccessful, please follow the steps below:

1. Re-attempt processing your refund
2. Try using a different bank account
3. If you still can’t see your refund, please submit a request here.

Please ensure that the bank account you have nominated supports real-time payments.

If you no longer want to return your items after the instant refund has been issued to you, please submit a request here as soon as possible.

Please note that all refund cancellations incur a $1 fee and can take 1-2 business days to finalise.

There are two reasons your Refundid refund may be reversed:

1. Your return was not sent back within the Refundid 7-day return policy. If the parcel is lost in transit, please contact our friendly customer service team here.
2. adorne has declined your refund due to not meeting our returns policy criteria.
