What is your minimum order quantity? 

For an initial order of an individual style you will now be required to order a minimum of 5 units. The minimums have no size limitations. It could be spread evenly across a size break or doubles of the sizes you know you move through best. 

For re-orders the minimum is 1 unit. No minimums for accessories, bags or jewellery.

Image Usage

Wholesale stockists are permitted to use adorne-provided imagery strictly for the purpose of promoting and selling adorne products across approved channels. Images must be used in their original form and cannot be altered, manipulated, or edited in any way that changes the integrity of the product or brand presentation. This includes, but is not limited to, cropping that obscures key product details, applying filters, overlays, or text, and the use of any artificial intelligence (AI) tools to modify, enhance, or generate derivative versions of the images. Any unauthorised use or modification of adorne imagery may result in the removal of access to brand assets and review of the wholesale partnership.

Do you have imagery I can use? 

As a stockist, you will receive access to high-quality adorne product images, instantly.

You can download images relevant to your order directly from the product page. Simply click "Download Product Images" and the images will download as a ZIP file.

How do I handle faulty stock? 

If you have received a faulty item in your order, please lodge your claim within 3 months of purchasing. 

Email your claim to wholesaleclaims@adorne.com.au

To help make this process quick and easy we require: 

  • The adorne style code (including the colour) for each item that requires a credit 
  • A description of the fault 

If you don’t have this information, please provide a photo of the faulty product so we can estimate the value of the product.  

How do I deal with an incorrect, missing or damaged item? 

If you have received an incorrect item, an item is missing, or an item was damaged in transit please contact our claims department on 07 3846 6366 within 7 days of receiving your order.  

If you have a credit request which does not meet the above criteria, please contact your state Sales Manager. 

What are your shipping rates? 

For Qld, NSW, ACT, Vic, Tas and SA – Customers receive free freight if their order is over $550.  Otherwise, their shipping and handling charge is $29.

For NT, WA and NZ– customers receive free freight if their order is over $880 ($800 for NZ).  Otherwise, their shipping and handling charge is $39.

Shipping will automatically update at checkout based on your location and order total. 

Local pickup If you're located near our Brisbane Showroom/Warehouse, you can choose Local pickup at checkout for a convenient, and faster collection option.

Do you offer express shipping services? 

If your order is urgent, please contact our Warehouse on 07 3846 6366. We will do our best to have your goods delivered as quickly as possible. 

Alternatively, if you are located near our Brisbane Showroom/Warehouse, you may select the Click and Collect option at the checkout. 

Do you offer international shipping? 

International shipping rates are treated the same as domestic rates and shipped with the best carrier for your order. Please be aware that we are not responsible for any duties or value-added taxes that may be assessed by your local customs office.

How do I change my shipping address/or other account information? 

Please get in touch via email to office@adorne.com.au and we can update your details. 

Can I ship to a PO Box? 

Only packages less than 20kg can be shipped to a PO Box address. If your order is unable to be shipped to the supplied address for any reason, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.

How do I place an order? 

Once you've logged into the wholesale website (www.adorne.com.au), you will arrive on your ‘Account’ page. Simply click ‘Shop’ or the adorne logo to start browsing. 

We've streamlined our ordering process - our website now functions just like a standard retail online store. You can easily select sizes, adjust quantities, add items to your cart and proceed to checkout as you normally would on any eCommerce site. 

How are wholesale prices displayed? 

Once logged in with your wholesale login details all pricing displayed will be wholesale including GST.  

Prices are displayed AUD. Please note, NZ customers will be charged in AUD, excluding GST.
